A mentorship program where girls step into purpose, plan real events, and grow into confident, thoughtful leaders, together.
Here’s where girls take the lead, shape a space of kindness, and bring true community from their own magic.
What is The Girlmakers- Mentorship Program?
The Girlmakers is a hands-on mentorship program for girls aged 10–17 to design, plan, and lead real-life events that bring their peers together.
With support from Miss Teaspoon, each group of six Girlmakers launches their own event, building teamwork, leadership, and real-world confidence along the way.
Why it Matters?
This isn't just a project. It’s a journey of becoming, where your daughter learns to lead, express, belong, and build something real.
-
Because confidence is built, not gifted.
At The Girlmakers, girls make real decisions. They shape an event from the ground up — deciding on the theme, budget, flow, and even the ticket price.
They don’t just take part. They take the lead. What it builds:
Initiative and problem-solving
Decision-making and accountability
A deep sense of ownership
Watch your daughter go from hesitant to decisive and proud of what she’s built.
-
Because leadership needs guidance.
Every Girlmakers cycle is led by Miss Teaspoon, who gently coaches each girl to find her voice and her role. We mentor with empathy, structure, and space to grow — not pressure. What it builds:
Self-awareness and reflection
Communication and collaboration
Courage to try, even if it’s new
It’s not about perfection, it’s about progress with purpose.
-
Because girlhood is not meant to be lonely.
Social media is everywhere, but true connection is rare. Girlmakers gives girls a shared mission, a team they can trust, and moments of real joy — without filters or followers. What it builds:
Empathy and group dynamics
A sense of belonging and pride
Shared joy, laughter, and memory-making
This is the kind of community every girl deserves.
-
Because slowing down lets ideas grow.
We strip away the distractions so girls can focus on something that’s real. From sketching layout plans to practicing introductions, everything they do has meaning — and they can see the results. What it builds:
Focus and time management
Creative confidence
Purposeful expression
Your daughter learns that deep focus feels good — and leads to something she's proud of.
